If you've seen me lately, you would understand why I am working on losing some weight. So I've increased my water intake, try to make better food choices, take smaller portions and eat more often during the day. I've just felt tired and lethargic. Last night, I realized that I haven't been taking my vitamins.

I took them today and expect that I'll feel much better. So much so, I think I'll exercise today!

Smoothies with yogurt are a good snack...Good luck! I love the new layout. It is very pretty.
