Summer Update

April - 18 posts
May - 2 posts
June - 3 posts

What has happened to all my words roaming around in my head? They sure haven't found their way to my blog. I was looking at my posts and I am significantly down since April. Some of it could be that I'm trying to keep the boys busy now that school is out. We finished two weeks of
swimming lessons last week. The boys did so well.

We've also been bowling a couple of times. The boys like bowling, but they enjoy the other games more ~ Galaga, Fuse ball, Air Hockey....

We've also done
arts/crafts at the Brooks County Library. Jonathan especially has enjoyed that. Joel gets some one-on-one time with Nana at these times if he gets bored. Tomorrow the craft is to make city scape's with construction paper shapes. I think both boys will enjoy it.

This week, I'm helping at New Covenant's VBS in Valdosta. When I took Jonathan to his class, four of his friends were there. To be able to play with his friends was a highlight for him. Joel met new friends in his class. This is an event where I actually asked them to call me Murry because the other Mary is there too and every time we were together today someone would call for Mary and we'd both answer. LOL Most of my friends call me Murry anyway...

Looks like a girls night is going to happen this week! Woo Hoo!

My swimming lessons are scheduled for the week of July 6. I may or may not talk about this summer event. :)

This is the 11th month that my husband has not been employed. Fortunately, we have rental income and I have my own business to help supplement. This has been a hard season for me. I want this blog to be a place of positive words and often I've had trouble staying positive. Hence less posts for sure. But we are doing okay.

So, I'd like to introduce---

Looks like an enjoyable summer for you and family. ^^ Well, family should always be the priority, and considering my latest post is the reminder of this statement, I enjoyed every bit of your sharing in this post. Wish you best in both career and blogging. Take care.
